Bob Hill, President of Emory Hill & Company, was presented with the 2012 Richard P. DiSabatino Sr. Award by the Delaware Contractors Association (DCA) at its 43rd Annual Meeting at the Chase Center on the Riverfront. Known affectionately as the “Dickie Award,” the honor was established 14 years ago by the DCA Executive Committee to annually honor the individual who has worked most diligently on behalf of the DCA during the past year. “This year’s recipient has been extremely active with the association,” said Rick DiSabatino, who presented the award on behalf of the DCA.  Bob “has worked tirelessly for DCA this past year and has served with great dedication while providing valuable insight into issues affecting the industry,” and “has not only been supportive of the association, but our industry as a whole.” Bob Hill is a Past President of DCA and is actively involved on the Finance, Nominating and Government Affairs Committees, the Civic Affairs Construction Council (PAC) and regularly attends DCA Board and Executive Committee meetings.
